1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must have their original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Process

3. Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
While we do not offer direct exchanges, you may return an item for a refund and place a new order for a different product. We recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance with finding a suitable replacement.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the defective item and send a replacement at no additional charge.
7. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be designated as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
8. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit or a gift card. To initiate this process, please contact us with the gift recipient’s order details.
9. International Returns
